Who we serve

Children are welcome to accompany their parent or guardian to appointments. Sage Healthcare primarily provides care for adults and adolescents. If a child needs medical care, our team will do our best to help families obtain insurance coverage and connect them with a pediatric provider in the community.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed. Call to schedule an appointment. You are also welcome to stop by the clinic if you need help scheduling a visit.
